1. Scope

These Terms apply to bookings for itinerary packages, private tours, and vehicle rentals made through Nictic Tours Limited using online payment methods including PayHere IPG.

2. Booking and Payments

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment authorization through PayHere and receipt of a booking confirmation from Nictic. By paying through the gateway, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Pricing and Currency

Prices displayed at checkout are the final booking prices before applicable gateway or statutory charges. Where required, pricing may be shown in LKR and/or other supported currencies based on your checkout flow.

4. Itinerary and Rental Fulfillment

Service delivery details, inclusions, exclusions, pickup timing, and rental terms are shared at confirmation. Customers must provide accurate traveler details, dates, and contact information to avoid delays.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for valid travel documents, timely arrival, compliance with local laws, and adherence to safety guidance from drivers, guides, and service partners.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations, date changes, and no-show handling are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute, customers agree to contact Nictic support to resolve the matter. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may lead to booking suspension and legal action where applicable.

8. Liability

Nictic coordinates third-party services in good faith. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, except where prohibited by applicable law.
