1. Digital Service Nature

Itinerary bookings and vehicle rental reservations are time-based travel services. There are no physical goods to return. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and confirmed supplier costs.

2. Customer Cancellation Windows

Cancellations made 7 or more days before service start are generally eligible for partial or full refund minus payment gateway and non-recoverable supplier charges. Cancellations made within 7 days may be partially refundable based on committed costs.

3. No-Show and Late Arrival

No-shows, unused services, or late arrivals that cause service loss are usually non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Operator Cancellations

If Nictic cancels a confirmed service due to operational constraints or force majeure, we may offer rebooking, service credit, or refund based on the affected components.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via PayHere back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing timelines depend on banks, card issuers, and gateway settlement cycles.

6. Disputes

If you believe there was a billing or service error, contact us first with your booking reference and supporting details so we can resolve it quickly.
